My career does not read as a straight line, but there is one thread running through it: I bring vision, people and execution together into something that works and lasts.
I learned early that independence is something you organise yourself. Professional skydiving turned that into a profession: it taught me what preparation is worth, how to stay calm when it matters and why freedom and discipline do not exclude each other.
I built companies, led teams and learned the difference between a good idea and an organisation that keeps working without me.
Fatherhood changed my measure. Not how much I can carry, but what I want to pass on became the most important question.
Luumilo grew out of that question. Today I combine pace with more structure, more ownership for others and more attention for what people need in order to perform well.
My entrepreneurship shows what I can build. Luumilo shows what I want to build for.
